Onboarding
Onboarding

The induction stage at the start of your training is intended to help you quickly get your bearings at AL-KO Airtech. The agenda for this includes getting to know your colleagues, a welcome from the managing director, introduction to the company’s rules, factory tours and group work.

In the first six months, our industrial trainees are taught the essential basics of metalworking such as milling, drilling and filing in the AL-KO Airtech training workshop. There are also courses in turning, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, electro-pneumatics, CAD and CNC technology.

Continuing education
Continuing education

Alongside departmental work, we also promote trainees’ continuous learning process through regular feedback discussions. Another firmly established component of the training is our Junior Campus program: Under motto “Learning for future”, our trainees are supported through a wide-ranging program of seminars. AL-KO Airtech trainees attend seminars focused on both technical topics and social skills, in line with the role they are training for.

Fixed contact people support our trainees through the period of their training and are available to answer any questions they may have.
