We’ve all been there: You start on your first day of a new job – you’re keen, motivated; wanting to find your feet as quickly as possible and locate the desks of the right people to talk to.

To help new employees successfully master this first phase,  we put them through an onboarding program which is tailored to their area of work.

Each individual has their own individual strengths and areas for development. These are taken into account through the selection of suitable measures. For that reason, we deliberately work with internal consultants from the departments as well as with external practitioners from the world of business.
